Our No Spam Policy Built on Trust, Not Pressure

As Librainian has grown, one question has been asked by many, many users:

"Will we be plagued with spam calls or promotional pressure once we sign up?

The answer is simple. No.

At Librainian we believe that software should solve problems not create them.

We have a strict No Spam Policy so our users feel safe, respected and in complete control of their communication preferences.

We Do Not Believe in Spam Marketing

Many platforms depend heavily on:

  • Random sales visits
  • Repeat follow ups
  • Purchased lead lists
  • Unsolicited promotional communication

We deliberately do not do these.

The Librarian does not call users to push or sell products.

When Do We Contact Users?

We only converse when the user starts the chat.

This may be the case in situations such as:

User Generated Ticket

If a support ticket is generated, our team may reach out to the user to:

  • Better understand the problem
  • Tech Support
  • Accelerate resolution

Incomplete Signup Assistance

In case a user begins signing up but can not complete the process, we may contact only:

  • Help with onboarding
  • Solve technical problems
  • Clarify confusion if needed

It’s all about helping people, not pushing sales.

User-Initiated Communication

We can reply if the user

  • Send a message on WhatsApp
  • Call our official line
  • Fills out a callback/request form on our website
  • Ask for a demo or assistance

In all cases communication is initiated from the user side.

We Do Not Sell or Share User Data

We take your privacy very seriously.

  • Does not purchase third-party user databases
  • Does not sell personal information
  • Does not share user contact details for marketing purposes

All data is processed internally only for:
